About our dog poop pickup services

We offer one-time, every two weeks, weekly, or twice a week scooping visits. Need more than twice a week? Give us a call.

What is pet waste removal?

Think of it as yard cleaning with a focus on the “number two.”

Our job is simple: we come to your home on the schedule you choose - whether that’s weekly, twice a week, or every other week - and we scoop every pile we find, every time. Need three or more visits in a week? Just let us know when you sign up and we can make that happen.

But it’s more than just picking up poop. Pet waste removal keeps your lawn safe, fresh, and enjoyable for the whole family. Dog waste isn’t just unsightly; it can also carry bacteria, parasites, and unpleasant odors that linger long after the mess is gone. By removing it quickly and disposing of it properly, we help protect your pets, your kids, and your lawn from harmful germs.

When you sign up, you’ll never have to grab a baggie, wrestle with a shovel, or avoid landmines in the grass again. We scoop from natural grass, turf, patios, and more! We handle the dirty work so you can spend more time enjoying a clean, healthy yard - without the hassle.

How does PooRover work?

On your service day, we’ll text you “we’re on our way” 15-20 minutes before arrival.

Your PooRover technician will walk the yard in a crisscross pattern, scanning back and forth, making sure not to miss any smelly piles. Diligent, detailed, and thorough is our motto at PooRover.

All pet poop will be picked up and taken away by your technician. We don’t leave any bagged poop on your property or in your trash can. We take what we scoop with us - no more dog poop waiting around until trash day!

Before leaving, we take a picture of the closed gate with our hand on the latch, pushing or pulling on it to show it is secured.  This picture is texted to your phone to let you know we are done scooping and the gate is closed.

Do you have artificial turf? Poop residue sticks to artificial turf easily.

We spot spray for FREE any areas we can’t scoop all the poop.

Is dog poop safe for the lawn?

Contrary to popular belief, dog poop isn’t a ‘green’ choice for your lawn. In fact, it’s the exact opposite! Instead, it can create ‘burn spots’ on your lawn due to its high nitrogen content. More than that, it can be a breeding ground for harmful bacteria and parasites. While it might be tempting to let nature take its course, leaving your dog’s poop on the lawn can lead to problems down the line for your grass, your pet, and even you!

How often do most customers have their yards cleaned?

Most of our customers select a weekly service schedule.

How much is pet waste removal?

Our poop scooping services for recurring visits are between $14 to $54 per visit. Your pricing is based on how many dogs you have and the frequency of your visits. You can get your pricing in less than 10 seconds online right now.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Nope! All we need is access to your yard. We bring all the tools and take away all the waste.

What areas do you serve?

We clean yards in the broader Houston area. Popular neighborhoods include: Central Houston, West Houston, Cypress, Tomball, Klein, Spring, The Woodlands, Katy, Sugar Land, Richmond, Rosenberg, Humble, and Kingwood.
